"Parts Were There, Shipping Just Took a While"
Look, I’m not saying it was a bad experience or anything. They had the parts I needed available, which was the main thing. The only issue was that shipping was slow, so I had to wait longer than I expected. Other than that, it was fine.

I picked up a couple of POLYWOOD chairs for the patio, and I’m really glad I didn’t go with something cheaper just to save a few bucks. I hate buying outdoor furniture and then feeling like I wasted money when it gets uncomfortable or flimsy, but these feel sturdy and are comfy even after sitting for a while. The seat has a nice solid feel without being too hard. If I had one small complaint, it’s that I wish the back had a little more give, but overall they’ve been really nice for relaxing outside.

"Decent, but I felt a little let down for the price"
I felt kind of pressured to pick something quickly for the patio, so I went with this since it looked sturdy. The material does feel solid, but for the price I expected a bit better. A few edges were rough, and the finish had some small marks right out of the box. It’s still usable and it looks okay once it’s set up, but I’m not totally thrilled with it

"Smooth Delivery and Well Packed"
My chairs arrived right on time, and I was relieved to see the boxes in such good shape. No dents, no ripped corners, and everything inside was wrapped really well. I was a little nervous since it was a larger order, but the delivery went smoothly and nothing was missing. Overall, I had a really good experience and would definitely consider ordering again.

"Decent chairs, but not perfect"
We’ve had our Polywood chairs for about 2 years now and, like I said, they still look decent overall. They haven’t really faded much, which I do appreciate. But like I said, they’re not perfect. A couple of the screws have loosened up, and one of the arms is starting to feel a little wobbly. For what they cost, I expected them to hold up a bit better. Not awful by any means, just kind of a mixed experience

"Pretty easy to put together"
This was way simpler than I expected. Took me about 20 minutes, maybe a little less. The instructions made sense, the pieces actually lined up, and I didn’t have to go digging around in the garage for extra tools or random parts. Always a win

The chairs themselves are decent and pretty much what I expected. They look good enough and seem sturdy so far. The only downside was the shipping, which took longer than it really should have. Not sure what was going on behind the scenes, but it definitely felt like my order wasn’t exactly a priority.

"Looks good, but it’s kind of a pain"
It looks really nice once it’s all cleaned up, but wow, this thing is a little dirt magnet. I didn’t expect to be wiping it down so often. Not a total dealbreaker, just kind of annoying as hell if you don’t like constant upkeep

"Pretty accurate lead time"
I ordered a couple of chairs and the lead time they listed ended up being accurate. It wasn’t exactly fast, but I kinda knew that going in, so it wasn’t a big deal. My order shipped around when they said it would, maybe off by a day or two. I would’ve given 5 stars if there had been a few more updates in between, but overall I don’t really have any complaints

"Got Help Way Faster Than I Expected"
I had a quick question and expected to be waiting around for a while, but customer support got back to me almost right away. It felt like I barely had time to wonder what to do next before someone jumped in and helped me out. Super quick, easy, and made the whole experience a lot less stressful.

"Holding up really well outside"
We’ve left our Polywood chairs out through rain, blazing sun, and even a little snow, and they still look basically the same. No cracking, no strange fading, nothing like that. I definitely don’t baby them either, so I’m impressed. Very happy with how they’ve held up so far...

"Showed Up on Time, But the Packaging Was Rough"
The order did get here on time, so that was good, but the packaging had me a little worried right away. The box was beat up, one corner was torn open, and I could hear some parts moving around inside, which is never a great feeling when you’re about to open something you paid decent money for. Luckily, nothing was actually broken, so that was a relief, but still, I was kind of nervous the whole time unpacking it. For the price, I just expected it to be packed a bit more securely.

Checkout was smooth overall. I’m the kind of person who just skims and looks for the obvious next step, so I liked that part. The only thing that tripped me up was the shipping info, it felt a little confusing and I had to slow down and double-check what it meant.

"Wrong chairs in my order"
My order showed up with two of the chairs being the wrong ones, which was frustrating. I was expecting the whole delivery to be more like... I don’t know, just straightforward. Now I’ve got to deal with getting it fixed, which is kind of annoying
